Kansha Care provides a system of connected devices installed at user premises that enable:

  • Emergency alerts (including SOS triggers)

  • Communication with caregivers and designated contacts

We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment services.

  • Existing chronic medical conditions and / or mobility and ADL challenges

b) Care Recipient Information

c) Device and Technical Data

  • Device identifiers (device ID, SIM details)

  • Device status, connectivity, and activity logs

d) Alert Data

  • SOS triggers, emergency alerts, and timestamps

  • Event logs required for incident response

- To notify caregivers, emergency contacts, or empanelled emergency services

- With designated emergency contacts during alert events
- With empanelled emergency providers to respond to critical alert events

All third-party processing is limited to service delivery purposes.

We rely on cloud infrastructure providers such as Microsoft Azure, which maintain industry-standard security, compliance, and data protection frameworks. However, Kansha Care independently manages and is responsible for application-level security and access controls within its systems.
